Client Facing Change Lead; coordination across the Collateral Trading, Operations & IT end-to-end Business driving client collateral enhancements. Facilitating the Operations Function migration to external consultancy HCL.• Remediating client processes and data traceability; using Power BI & SQL to query, illustrate and present opportunities to enhance the State Street business relationship and future opportunities with external clients. • Focusing on and working with high profile and high-volume clients to ensure data and process efficiencies are maximised & KPI’s are met via third party API’s: Colline & Acadia. • RFP consolidation of the Global Collateral Business Internal Structure and External Client Offering to present at internal MD and client facing levels to present on-going and new business opportunities.• Ahead of Collateral Operations migration (~200 roles relocating from US & Europe to India Consultancy HCL) a full capture and documentation of teams, roles and Client Operations On-boarding as-is to best practice process consolidation; reducing time to On-board clients, account structure set-up and fund activation: Visio org charts and process documentation to illustrate KPIs and efficiency opportunities (typically in swim-lane notation).
