I value working collaboratively with people. I have led a variety of small and large teams, including serving as a manager of a small team (2-4 staff) and leading larger regional and national teams. I enjoy working with diverse partners - externally with Tribal, State, and Federal partners and internally with everyone from staff to senior level leadership at the regional and headquarters levels. I enjoy problem solving - using my lean six sigma green belt and continuous improvement experiences. With these skills, I have facilitated multiple regional and national kaizen events since 2014.I have a wide array of environmental experiences - working on matters pertaining to multiple environmental statutes, with Federal grants and regulations, and broad experiences coordinating at the regional and national levels. As opportunities arise, I look for new and challenging opportunities, chances to mentor and grow others, and additional ways to continue to grow.
