I am a holder of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Underwriting (AU) designations. I am co-owner of a small business that is a service provider for the RAGBRAI bicycle ride. In addition to increasing my business experience, I understand how to improve customer experiences to delight and retain customers. At this annual event, our portion of the planning supports 700+ customers each year which grew from 50 customers in the initial year of 2003.
