ABOUT DEBORAH ASHLEY

I am an experienced head of people, talent, recruitment, learning and development with the ability to demonstrate an extensive history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. I have worked across all contact channels and both inbound and outbound, for both Customer Service and Sales. I have worked in Telecoms, Media, Banking, Property and FMCG industries to name a few.I have skills that excel in Service Delivery, Operations Management, Coaching, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Talent, Employee Engagement, HR support, Payroll Processing and Customer Satisfaction. I deliver all aspects of my career with professionalism and character, as well as bring the ability to relate to and adapt to different audiences. I work well under pressure and thrive against deadlines and enjoy problem solving, engaging in collaborative thinking, incorporating new information and making decisions to benefit both the business and the people. I am passionate about skillset analysis, role profiling, the important of emotional intelligence in business and life as well as developing and enhancing both people and performance. I have a background of qualifications to support my management knowledge and experience, including a BSc (Hons) Customer Contact Planning & Management (2:1) from Ulster University, ILM Level 4 Management, and have most recently completed my CIPD Learning and Development BP Level 5 (September 2024). I am now enrolled and working through my CIPD People Professional Level 7.
