We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Finance Director to join our leadership team. This pivotal role requires an individual with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. The Senior Finance Director will oversee the financial health of the organization, drive financial strategies, and ensure that the company’s financial goals align with overall business objectives. As a senior leader, you will play a key role in providing financial insights and guiding the company toward sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:Financial Leadership & Strategy:Lead the financial strategy and forecasting for the company, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term growth. Provide thought leadership and financial expertise to executive leadership and key stakeholders.Financial Reporting & Analysis:Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with relevant accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.). Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Budgeting & Forecasting:Develop and manage comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes. Work closely with department heads to ensure that budgets align with company goals and identify areas for cost control and optimization.Cash Flow Management:Lead cash flow forecasting and management, optimizing working capital, ensuring liquidity, and providing recommendations to optimize capital expenditures.
