Oversees operational aspects of Marin Film Resource Office including customer service, vendor contacts, location and permit inquires, maintaining and expanding FilmMarin.org database and website * Effectively operates software programs such as all Adobe Creative Cloud design programs, website management software, and ExactTarget (E-Commerce software)* Assists in the development and maintenance of effective partnerships which encourages tourism and filming in Marin County: The California Film Institute and the Mill Valley Film Festival* Manages all “value-added” programs, such as VisitMarin.org website banner ads, print advertising, and writing / publishing quarterly visitor e-newsletter * Manages collateral inventories for visitors ensuring that collateral is current and MCVB brochures are distributed properly * Oversees and provides design and creative development of collateral materials, sales campaigns, and advertising programs * Works with MCVB staff to provide administrative and marketing expertise with research, design, and production of website content, collateral materials, and special project requests as required * Assists with the creation and design of Marin CVB\'s annual marketing report, project activity summary, and other annual submissions to the County Board of Supervisors* Acts as a resource for lodging and visitor activity inquiries for Marin County
