Graduated with a single-cycle Master’s Decree in law from Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna with 110/110 cum laude, I passed the bar in October 2019 and I have been enrolled as member of the Milan Bar since November 2019 (4 years PQE).I currently work as a senior associate at Advant NCTM, Milan office, in the Mergers & Acquisitions team.I advise and assist clients, primarly industrial operators but also private equity funds, in commercial and corporate law matters, with a specific focus on managing extraordinary transactions.I have also gained experience in guiding companies throught the process of listing their shares on a regulated market (IPO, Euronext Milan) and in the launch of a takeover bid.Passionate about my job, willing to work closely with others to achieve better results.
