Driving excellence throughout the Business. This is achieved through day to day contact with the management team as well as engagement with internal partners and with Head Quarter. This role will drive the optimization of the operational business together with BU heads, branch manager and Head of Operations. The role will report directly to the Business Head.•Optimization of the operational business in Italy and support to achievement of operational important metrics together with Country management;•Responsible for achieving efficiency targets by growing field productivity, sales efficiency and optimization of processes, tools and standards;•Tracks performance of operational Key Performance Indicators and initiates actions to drive process improvements;•Ensures the availability of right competences in the BU to run the operational business;•Contributes to and roll out of global and European Business Excellence initiatives in own country, providing continuous support and training locally;•Define, implement, and ensure that local Business Excellence initiatives are in line with existing/future application landscape and governance concept;•Defines and implements standards for staffing, process, tools and Key Performance Indicators
