As Global Head of Product Manufacturing which is a newly created role in Citi, my focus is in building world class product delivery solutions for creating a more standardised and scalable operating model while focusing on the client needs to identify new opportunities. I lead a global team spread across Singapore, London, Dublin and US which is focused on different aspects of the product delivery, technology and operations management. In this role I am leading the credit consumption transformation for Core Trade where we have redesigned the critical data elements, credit line identification process, and the way trade product processor interacts with various downstream systems ensuring enhanced data lineage and data quality. As part of my role I also represent Citi in various external industry forums to provide advocacy for shaping the future of trade.
