Debonaire Munalem is a U.S. Army veteran and accomplished logistics and program management professional with more than two decades of experience supporting the Department of Defense and NATO operations. Born in Davao City, Philippines, and raised across the globe through his father’s U.S. Marine Corps assignments, Debonaire developed a lifelong appreciation for cultural diversity, adaptability, and service.His military career included key leadership roles in logistics management across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. He oversaw programs valued at more than $100 million, led sustainment and modernization efforts for critical communications systems, and advanced operational readiness at both tactical edge and strategic levels.Today, Debonaire serves as an Integrated Logistics Analyst with BryceTech, supporting the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (JPEO-CBRND).
