I have been working in the BPO sector since 2012, with an on-and-off experience of 12 years in the industry. This journey has helped me acquire a wide range of skills and shaped me into the person I am today. I began my career as a customer care representative and eventually transitioned into the role of a process trainer in 2017. Now, in 2024, I am proud to be serving as a Training Team Lead.In the past decade, my time in the BPO sector has been a transformative experience. It has provided me with countless opportunities to develop my skills and grow both personally and professionally. Starting off as a customer care representative, I honed my communication and problem-solving abilities, learning how to effectively assist customers and address their concerns.As my journey progressed, I found myself drawn to the field of training. In 2017, I took on the role of a process trainer, where I had the privilege of imparting my knowledge and expertise to new recruits. This experience not only allowed me to enhance my own understanding of the industry but also gave me the chance to positively impact the careers of others.Now, in the year 2024, I have reached a new milestone in my career as a Training Team Lead. This role has given me the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals, guiding them towards success and ensuring the delivery of top-notch training programs. It is truly fulfilling to witness the growth and development of my team members as they excel in their roles.Throughout my journey in the BPO sector, I have come to appreciate the importance of continuous learning and adaptability.
