This role reports to the Vice Chairman and caters to Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa\\\\n\\\\n- CXO Recruitment/Succession Planning across 70 plus group companies\\\\n- CXO Compensation including appraisals and equity linked compensation for Key Management Professionals as well as guidance on rewards strategy for HR Organizations in all group companies\\\\n- Single point of contact for Boards\' of Motherson\' s listed as well as unlisted companies\\\\n- Experience in managing Boards/NRC\'s across 31 JV\'s (French, American, Korean, German etc.) on topics like Organizational Design; Rewards and Performance Management of CXO\'s\\\\n- Single point of Contact for Global M&A related HR due diligences. Motherson acquired 34 companies in the last 12 years and 7 in the last 3 FY\'s; which includes our 1st acquisition in the Aerospace Segment; Assets in Turkey, China, Japan as well as a Billion $ acquisition of a conglomerate in Europe\\\\n- Act in representative capacity for all matters ongoing in Appellate Courts on Labor and Industrial Relations like LTA, LTS etc. in India, Middle East, South Africa, Australia, Philippines and Thailand\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
