I help enterprises navigate cloud modernization — and right now, that increasingly means helping them think clearly about AI before they act on it.My work sits at the intersection of infrastructure strategy and product thinking. Over the last 10 years, I\'ve spent most of my time translating complexity: legacy environments into migration roadmaps, technical constraints into business decisions, and ambiguous problems into structured paths forward. I\'m not a conventional engineer, and I\'m not a conventional product manager. I sit in the space between them — and that\'s where most of the hard problems live.What I\'m focused on right now is a question a lot of teams are getting wrong: does this actually need AI, or would solid engineering logic solve it faster, cheaper, and more reliably? The market is flooded with AI enthusiasm, and not enough AI judgment. I work with teams to cut through that — identifying where AI genuinely unlocks new capability in modernization and product strategy, and where it\'s a expensive detour from a problem that didn\'t need it in the first place.That kind of structured thinking is what I bring to every engagement.
