Projects: Coastal Gaslink Spread 8 West Project: Installation of approximately 55kms of 48-inch (48 NPS) diameter natural pipeline including working on steep slopesDow Ethylene Pipeline Project: Installation of 5km of 24 inches above ground ethylene pipeline. • Mentoring, training and coaching site personnel by conducting Safety meetings, toolbox meeting and active engagement with workers and supervisory team on the field.• Analyse safety datasets (field observations, incident statistic, KPI and leading indicator), determine trend, detect anomalies in data and make recommendations. • Represents Ledcor in Client meeting to discuss data trend and coordinate meetings with clients on Teams issues• Developed a robust focus inspection checklist for steep slope work, which enhance safe implementation of task on steep slope and proactive identification of gap in the system.• Develops and reviews all safety related documents- PHA, JHA, SWP and PSSP in line with Ledcor’s HSE program.• Lead the implementation of Safety Programs and advises site leadership on the expectations.• Oversees incident investigation, use causation analysis tools (DNV SCAT and Taproot) and recommends effective corrective actions.• Lead HSE team and sets objectives for the safety team to achieve
