Having grown up in a multigenerational family of business owners, including the plywood production industry, commercial wood furniture manufacturing industry, commercial furniture dealerships, and the hospitality industry, I understand the Lifestyle, Mindset, and Expectations of the Luxury and Executive Home Buyer and Seller. My professional career began in 1983 as a Manufacturers’ Representative in the Contract Office Furniture Industry. The Morris Group, Inc. based out of Charlotte NC was established and for two decades the company developed and expanded sales in the Carolinas. We specialized in the corporate and hospitality markets, becoming one of the Carolinas largest commercial furnishings independent manufacturers\' representative companies. Clients and projects included architectural firms, commercial design firms, office furniture dealerships, and large corporations including Bank of America, Wachovia Bank, Central Carolina Bank, LabCorp, Duke Energy, Belk Department Stores, Bank of America Stadium Charlotte, and Raymond James Stadium Tampa. In 2003, Morris Business Interiors was established as a retail office furniture dealership specializing in the higher education, healthcare, and hospitality markets in Central Florida for Sixteen Years. Based in Celebration, FL, Morris Business Interiors provided commercial clients with space planning, design services, proposals, procurement, project management, receiving, delivery, installation, and post project follow up and service. Clients included Advent Health, South Lake Hospital, Orlando Health, Lakeland Hospital, University of Central Florida, Rollins College, Florida Institute of Technology, Bethune Cookman University, Shades of Green at Walt Disney World, and Universal Studios. In 2022, The North Carolina Real Estate Commission issued my North Carolina Real Estate License. Joining Allen Tate Realtors in 2023 as a full broker, The Morris Group at Allen Tate, LLC. was established, representing buyers or sellers as their exclusive broker, representing their best interests.
