Proficient in classical and modern reactions, including Grignard additions, Aldol condensations, Wittig olefinations, Diels-Alder cycloadditions, Suzuki-Miyaura and Stille cross-couplings, Buchwald-Hartwig aminations,(azide-alkyne cycloadditions). Expertise in organometallic catalysis, pericyclic reactions, microwave-assisted synthesis, and high-pressure autoclave reactions. Adept at utilizing advanced spectroscopic methods for structure elucidation and purity assessment, including 1H,13C NMR spectroscopy (COSY), IR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Experienced in purification techniques such as column chromatography (including flash and CombiFlash systems), recrystallization, and distillation.Demonstrated ability to optimize reaction conditions to enhance yield and selectivity, achieving purity of active pharmaceutical products. In my courses I researched on the development and application of organic cruciform molecules for use in semiconductors, including OLEDs and perovskite solar cells, as well as in carbon dioxide capture technologies.
