During my tenure as a Data Science Intern at Country Financial, I had the privilege of working in dynamic projects that centered around the integration of automation solutions into different sectors of Country Financial, such as Billing Systems, Master Data Management as well as applications of AI in the company. This experience helped me acquire valuable technical skills and expand my knowledge of data science applications in the financial industry.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:° Collaborated closely with a cross-functional team to implement automation solutions, leveraging tools like Robot Framework and Selenium Library. This led to substantial improvements in efficiency and accuracy within the Billing Systems of Country Financial.° Utilized MS SQL and D Beaver to formulate and execute complex data queries, providing insightful analysis that informed strategic business decisions. Implemented automation to the Master Data Management Architecture of Country Financial.° Conceptualized and created a prototype chatbox, demonstrating the viability of AI- powered interactions for Country Financial Customer Services. The successful proof of concept underscored the potential for transformative advancements in customer interactions.
