Geographical Responsibility: North India, South India and Africa Region-• Prepares Annual plan of conferences/summits/symposiums/webinars/ Domestic as well as International delegations along with Sector Heads of Delhi as well as State Head Hyderabad. Responsible for preparing the proposed annual regional budget (with focus on cost structure: fixed as well as conference hosting expenses/manpower planning etc).• ICC event management: Guiding the conference services team (Sector Heads, State Head of Hyderabad) for Program design, sponsorship, and delegate registration, Publishing Knowledge Reports (End to End Process Management and Execution).• Scaled up ICC operations in Northern as well as Southern Indian States.• Regularly delivering “Welcome Address/ Vote of Thanks” at ICC conferences as mandated by ICC Apex Leadership.• Chairing as well as convening Interaction with Visiting Delegations from Provincial Governments from across countries, Private Sector enterprises, Multilateral Institutions for furthering bilateral trade and commerce issues.• Forging partnerships with chambers, Regional institutions, international organizations outside India • Directly coordinating and interfacing with Ministry of Commerce for sourcing grants under Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme for Africa Region.• Leading several ICC delegations (on many occasions being the leader of the Indian Delegation) to South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Mauritius, Algeria and Singapore. The delegations comprised of Indian company owners and controllers and are supported by Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of External Affairs- Govt of India. Meeting the visiting countries Political and Economic leadership for furthering India`s interest on such visits too.• All financial and administrative approvals for the region and the state to be done on a regular/daily basis as appropriate.
