I am an Independent Director and Board Chair with a mission-focused approach to finance, private company governance, non-profit organizations, risk management, and corporate responsibility as key contributors to business success. Known as a value creator, I have over 30 years experience in professional services firm operations and strategy, business and digital transformation, corporate services, and human resource management. With a focus on performance, I combine a collaborative and partnership-oriented leadership style to grow and transform the business from the ground up establishing its strategy, framework, and vision. I have advised private company boards on governance, compensation, business transformations, mergers and acquisitions and tax strategy. I am particularly passionate about the humans in human resource management - I enjoy mentoring and developing a team to achieve their potential.
