Some career highlights include: At Blackstraw, I identified a critical revenue gap and found that it’s losing tens of millions due to an inability to monetize vast consumer data and a lack of a scalable sales channel for 150+ long-tail retailers. To address this, I developed a sales platform strategy, enabling seamless engagement with high-impact retailers like 7-Eleven, Costco, and Target. This initiative unlocked $70M+ in incremental recurring revenue, optimized retailer engagement, and achieved the client’s quarterly GMV target.At Discover Financial Services, I led a strategic turnaround within six months for a lending client facing significant customer attrition, stalled loan approvals, and regulatory challenges, ultimately driving new customers and $20M+ in new disbursements, and restoring leadership confidence.As Head of Products at PioneerEdTech, I built a zero-to-one Gen-AI-powered EdTech platform with an agentic workflow to automate synthesys of research materials, securing a $150K pre-seed investment in a tight five-month deadline amid an industry-wide funding freeze. We achieved early traction with paid users, driving market validation and earning acceptance into India’s largest startup accelerator program. When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring natural landscapes and state parks, especially near water. I love Maine’s beautiful beaches and Utah’s natural monuments.
