About Debjit Paul
As the Sr. Director of Customer Success Functional Services at Oracle, I lead a global team of professionals to provide delivery leadership guidance, solution analysis, strategic planning and customer management for Oracle #SaaS (ERP Finance primary along with HCM and SCM) and #PeopleSoft Apps Unlimited@OCI products.Successfully deliver measurable and significant revenues by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, designing delivery plans, and building a large Oracle practice to deliver the mission critical SaaS and Apps Unlimited services primarily around Financial applications. I help deliver solutions for customers to migrate and upgrade their legacy on-prem ERP systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, leveraging various Oracle AI agentic cloud solutions in Oracle SaaS. I have worked directly with global customers across Canada, US, UK, and APAC (Hongkong, Singapore) regions, implementing Oracle ERPs and working with team to perform various configurations, data migration, integration and reports. My mission is to enable customers in AI solutions to achieve their business goals and optimize their Oracle ERP systems- Investment evaluation of deals and growth of Oracle SaaS services primarily for Canada and US regions- Feasibility study of customers by detailed assessment in Higher Education, Public sector, Healthcare, Banking in NA region and help them with their Oracle ERP digital transformation and cloud journey- Mapping of key strategic issues & new ideas; execution of selected initiatives & optimizing communication cross functional lines to foster business growth opportunities, built statistics and AI/ML based estimation models- Configure, Design and develop AI agentic solutions with the team to implement new modules, functionality and features, migrate data, build integrations and reports in SaaS applications.
