Joined This Naked Mind as a freelance life coach, adding an unexpected altitude to the company\'s approach to alcohol control. My unique blend of flight attendant wisdom and life coaching strategies created a fresh perspective to help clients navigate their journey to sobriety and freedom around alcohol. In this role, I tapped into my experience from both the cabin and the coach\'s office. I infused practical strategies with a healthy dose of humor and understanding, much like the way I\'d handle a long-haul flight with turbulent weather.Key Milestones- Facilitated a 52-week program blending relatable flight-themed metaphors with proven techniques to manage and control alcohol use- Provided one-on-one coaching to over 50 individuals, helping them understand their patterns, triggers, and the underlying issues driving their alcohol consumption- Collaborated with This Naked Mind team to provide insights from my experience, creating a bridge between traditional recovery methods and my unique \"oxygen mask first\" approach- Played a crucial role in building the \'PATH\' online community, where individuals could share their journey, celebrate their milestones, and find comfort in being a part of a supportive group.While the journey to sobriety can often feel like a turbulent flight, my goal at This Naked Mind was to remind everyone that even the roughest weather can be navigated - all it takes is the right flight plan, a reliable co-pilot, and the belief that you\'re capable of reaching the destination you\'re aiming for.
