ABOUT VINCENT DE BIASI

I am an experienced Director in the pharmaceutical industry with a deep breath of experience in sterile, biologics, solid dosage, and cell and gene therapies. My passion is putting patients first by creating and optimizing cross functional processes and systems, simplifying complexity within the organization with an eye towards global processes. I have a track record of learning agility and evolving as priorities shift while leading teams at the manufacturing site or corporate levels. Most of my unique experience is in portfolio and program management and continuous improvement. I will apply tools from a broad set of methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or traditional project management to assure a modern and mature approach that best suits the work. I bring an inherit focus on quality and compliance and a clear understanding of efficient plant operations using my experience from leadership roles within areas of Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing Science and Technology. I love enabling teams at all levels in an organization establishing clear performance measures and a culture of accountability; finding those key indicators to drive the battle rhythm of business. I can design and deliver on novel projects of critical importance; an example was the Serialization program for ESO Americas.
