Safety and Compliance Monitoring Manager @Skyborne

I look after the Compliance Monitoring System and Safety Management System for the Company\'s EASA activities. This incorporates creating and conducting audits of all areas of the Organisation which are regulated by the EASA ATO Approval, follow up of all Non-Compliances and ensuring that the feedback loop is completed to prevent re-occurrence. I also manage the SMS for the EASA approval for the company, which includes management of the Emergency Response Plan and conducting any investigations into incidents which may occur. I also provide SMS training to all staff and cadets of the company. Additionally I manage the compliance of regulators such as UKVI and the Independent Schools Inspectorate (UKVI Authorising Officer) This is a CAA Form 4 Post Holder Position for both Safety Manager and Compliance Monitoring Manager.
