As a Delivery Lead, I thrive at the intersection of strategy, people, and purpose - driving outcomes that matter while fostering environments where teams feel empowered, included, and supported. With a strong foundation in agile delivery and leadership, I hold certifications in Professional Scrum Master, Professional Agile Leadership, and Professional Scrum Product Owner, and I’m currently expanding my expertise through the Professional Agile Leadership – Evidence-Based Management certification and the PMI Disciplined Agile Foundations course.I bring a systems thinking mindset to my work, always looking at the bigger picture - how people, processes, and technology connect to create value. This perspective helps me identify leverage points for change and design delivery approaches that are both scalable and sustainable.I’m also exploring how AI can be thoughtfully integrated with Agile practices to drive efficiencies, improve decision-making, and support teams in working smarter - not harder.Beyond delivery excellence, I’m deeply passionate about mental health advocacy, suicide first aid, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
