Problems big and small drive my curiosity and open a rather large toolbox, filled with my over 20 years of work experience. I like thinking outside of the box, trying new and different ways of solving problems. However, I have also learned that the best way forward is to not only be the solver of problems, but also to teach and empower others on how to do so, as well create resources around that teaching. In doing so, I have developed strong and confident teams that have become forward thinking problem solvers of their own. I pride myself on leading teams, creating procedures, and finding efficiencies in current procedures in order to increase profitability. I have the ability to see the big picture and forecast into the future, while also being able to keep a handle on the day to day operational needs.
