While my trade is engineering, I have discovered my passion in leadership. I excel in the orchestration of complex company initiatives and I have a unique ability to lead talented teams to high levels of engagement, alignment and performance. I roll up my sleeves and support success, and as a cohesive unit, we all work together to achieve the program/project goals.
