About Debdulal Chattopadhya
I am responsible for reviewing the IT support needs of our internal business units. My job involved reviewing requirements and engaging other IT support teams (Domain Management, Security Management, Software Developers, Account Administration and Help Desk) to determine if and how IT could support their application while maintaining standard security and support levels.I work closely with our software application development team to create, test and deploy solutions for NCR\'s account administration. I have developed and implemented global work processes and have lead or been a member of various IT Projects. I have created training documentation (PowerPoint and audio/ video) and conducted conference call classes where appropriate. The standards and processes I created were cited for the successful growth for the team. I was responsible for managing the account administration standards and monitoring and supporting the team.
