I have a diverse background in the Training profession and consequently have experience in Design & Development, Delivery (Skills and Leadership), and Evaluation. As a Project Manager in Training, I have managed multiple large-scale system conversions and integrations in portfolio acquisitions. I am experienced in managing virtually and managing virtual learning. I have managed vendor relationships for outsourced work. In collaboration with my operational partners, we improved manager effectiveness for our managers who managed virtual teams by ensuring that they understood not only how to use the actual virtual tools available to them, but how to use them creatively with their teams. I delivered virtual training sessions that helped them become more effective in use.
