Screening the candidates, co-ordinating interviews, verifying documents, negotiating salaries, generating offers, and induction which involves briefing the new employees with policies and explaining to them about the app/portal.Attendance management: Co-ordinating with the associates for attendance regularization, approving the same, and providing daily reports to the sales team.Payroll management: Maintaining data for the expense reimbursement cycle and monthly payroll cycle. Providing hiring, attrition, contract renewal, and FNF status data.SOP adherence: Ensuring that all activities are aligned with the SOP of the respective region.Data management: Preparing and maintaining different internal reports, master files, and trackers.Being the SPOC to the regional team for all queries and activities related to the associates on Teamlease payroll.
