Working as QA Test Lead in nCino Implementation Project within Scotia Bank, leading a Team of 10 Member, distributed in 4 PODs ( Salesforce Functional Test + ETL Data Migration Testing + UI Automation ) • Working in 3-week duration sprints in Agile Scrum Model • Working Closely with Product Owners and Developers from each POD to get the Stories ready for Testing and distributed among the Team members based on their knowledge and area of expertise • Providing help and support to the Team members in Testing complex stories • Working with POs to gather Business Knowledge and Business scenarios, needed to be check as part of E2E Testing • Generating Test Status Report to provide detailed information about QA Team Efforts and effectiveness • Providing QA sign off for stories delivered and regression testing performed as part of Every Monthly Releases • Enhancing Automation Test Framework’s feature developed in BDD – Cucumber Framework with Data driven and Page Object model/page factory concept. • Writing Automation test scripts as part of Smoke and Regression testing and executing in all Test Environments • Generating HTML reports with Allure Reports template and sharing with stakeholders for their review and approval
