With change comes the unknown. While uncertainty often feels risky and uncomfortable, change also excites me; it often offers unexpected opportunities to reflect and grow. A brain aneurysm changed everything for me in December of 2017. In addition to my physical recovery, coaching was instrumental in helping me find a way back to myself and find the courage to seek professional help to process my trauma. This change, combined with the power of coaching, offered me the gift to openly examine, explore, and reacquaint with who I am. It started me on a journey of living a value-aligned life in earnest - to become who I want to be. From anger and grief to acceptance and joy, my journey of recovery has transformed the way I show up as a human “being” rather than a human “doing”.Informed by my lived experience, as well as training in crisis response and adult education, I offer my unrelenting support through focused dialogue, exploration, and collaboration as you reveal your own truths, activate your strengths, and navigate towards your intentional success!As a professional coach, I bring curiosity, integrity, and honesty to conversations.
