I’m driven by people, possibility, and purpose.Over 25 years in leadership across retail, membership, and community settings have taught me that real change comes through connection, honesty, and courage.I’ve led large teams, coached individuals at all stages of their careers, and helped organisations navigate transformation.Whether it’s supporting a colleague through change, empowering young people through guiding, or re-imagining how Co-op connects with its member-owners, I bring energy, empathy, and a belief that people flourish when they are seen and supported.
