About Deb Whitcomb
Ms. Whitcomb has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of software engineering and project management in enterprise applications development, sustainment and operations support for commercial and federal, state and local government projects. Much of this time has been spent working on providing innovative solutions for new applications development by utilizing modeling and visualization techniques along with variations of waterfall (plan driven) and/or agile (value driven) software development methodologies, in the areas of Program Acquisition Management, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Intelligent Transportation Systems. Ms. Whitcomb has specific experience in the areas of Business Process Management, Business Analysis and Cybersecurity.
