After many remarkable opportunities, my focus now is strategic project management and new business development. Much of this has revolved around the non-profit sector - an area that needs support and guidance - particularly in generational leadership development and succession planning. My expertise in facilitating process improvement is a testament to my versatile skill set, honed over many years as a Business Owner and Hotel Manager. Recent work highlights my skill set in facilitating groups to rethink, refocus and become reinvigorated in their organization\'s mission.My tenure at 7 Cedars was marked by leading a $45 million hotel opening and navigating complex challenges, such as labor strategies during the pandemic. With certifications in critical thinking and influencing others, I leverage these competencies to foster industry relationships and drive tourism forward.
