Thirty plus years of experience with the New Jersey Department of Corrections, including social work, program development, project implementation, team building and health care quality management. My experience includes effective management of the employer/client/contractor relationship, with a keen ability to negotiate contractual issues, systematically working through resolution. I possess an intense focus on development and implementation of contractual terms to ensure quality inmate health care within economic constraints while meeting state legal and administrative regulations.
