As former Group Chief Executive of Accenture Operations with 30+ years in the professional services industry, and as director on the boards of Wawa, Trinity Consultants, and Globality Inc. I have a proven track record of leading businesses and envisioning, guiding and delivering business transformation. As an active participant during the publishing industry transformation from print to digital I led several early digital transformations as we crossed into the new millennium (as Global Publishing Lead at Accenture). Then as the Group Chief Executive Accenture Operations, I led Accenture\'s Employees) Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Division where in addition to Operating (P&L Leader) the business day to day, I led the strategic transformation of the BPO business from an offshore low cost services business to one where Digital Technologies (AI/Advanced Analytics/RPA) combined with extraordinary talent drove sustained profitable double digit growth that continues today.
