Managing the Internal Recruitment for allocated regions.\\\\nGeneral Duties:\\\\n- Advising managers on the effective recruitment of staff and volunteers, ensuring that professional and equal opportunity standards are met.\\\\n- Providing comprehensive support and advisory service on recruitment matters, particularly in relation to electronic recruitment systems and processes, recruitment programmes, recruitment testing, job evaluation.\\\\n- All aspects of Talent Acquisition.\\\\n- Advise and support managers on medical/health issues in relation to recruitment and liaise with Occupational Health as necessary.\\\\n- Advising on conditions of service and general employment issues.\\\\n- Supporting Homes/Schemes on candidate attraction and development of marketing campaigns; print/online advertising, social media campaigns.\\\\n- Continuous development of Talent Acquisiton MI, strategy & process development.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
