Hi After 16 years in school leadership, I experienced first-hand how even the most dedicated professionals can lose their spark under constant pressure, and I became one of the casualities of burnout, reluctantly leaving the profession.That experience, along with gaining my coaching qualification, shaped my mission moving forward: To help prevent leaders leaving a profession they love because of overwhelm, frustration or disillusionmentAs a result, I now help leaders and organisations build the clarity, confidence and calm they need to thrive, not just survive.For over 20 years, I’ve coached and trained 2,500+ leaders across the UK and internationally, delivering accredited coaching and leadership programmes that strengthen communication, confidence and performance.I also offer ongoing support to trained coaches (both independent and in-house) via my membership groups, combining supervision and ongoing training with personal support.
