About Debbie Grovum

As a Board Certified Coach I help people in the second half of life identify their dreams, purpose and passions and take action to live full, rewarding lives. Working with both groups and individuals, I help people see how their expectations and choices contribute to their quality of life. I believe that the second half of life can be a time of exploration, fulfillment, renewal and tremendous excitement. Through life coaching, teaching, speaking and writing I share the latest knowledge about what contributes to positive aging and happiness and inspire and empower people to use this information in their personal lives. As a cancer survivor, speaker and writer on cancer survivorship, I focus on how to live each day fully and help people deal with the challenges they face. I have been a keynote speaker at state and local events and spoken nationally on topics such as Living and Working with Purpose, Living Well in the Second Half of Life, Creating a Beautiful Life, Generations Working Together, Thriving in Transition, and Recruiting and Retaining Older Workers. My twice monthly blogs on positive aging appear on the RetireUSA web site and have been reprinted in other publications and web sites.
