ABOUT DEBBIE FAIRMAN

Results orientated, self-motivated Learning and Development professional with 18 years’ experience in designing, delivering, and implementing leadership and management courses and coaching programs to support skills development within an organisation. So what are my credentials? I have experience in conducting training need analysis and in the design, implementation and evaluation of blended learning solutions to employees at all levels. I have the ability to conceptualise, scope and evaluate projects to strict deadlines. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion whilst remaining self motivated, organised and capable of working under pressure. I am a strategic thinker who is able to see the bigger picture and ensure all Learning and Development activity is aligned and supports the company\'s overall business objectives.
