Retired from being a full-time senior program and project manager in media, banking and insurance industries, I transitioned in 2022 to full time real estate. Earning my license in 2016 with the plan of investing, I quickly was working with investors, those downsizing, helping families either relocate into Delaware or upsize from their current home. Frequently, I am asked to simply talk through a strategy to help a person determine the best course of action for their situation. it\'s not always moving. I enjoy helping people determining their \'why\', and if moving is the right outcome for them, providing excellent service throughout the process so they realize their goals.
