I am an accomplished & passionate HR and hospitality leader who enjoyed a multidimensional career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. As the VP of HR - Americas, I was the HR leader for 50 hotels and over employees in the U.S, Canada, Latin America, and Caribbean. Widely recognized as an employer of choice, Four Seasons was on the FORTUNE magazine \"Best Companies to Work For\" list in all of the years in which l was the HR leader - Americas. Combining my HR and hospitality experience into my next phase of my professional life, I am now focused on providing consulting services to small and mid-size private and/or family owned businesses in which hospitable service is a key business deliverable and a company value. I have a strong results driven record of solving problems by identifying innovative and pragmatic solutions in the ever increasingly complex HR arena. I am quick to connect and build trust with a diverse work group - from line level (multi-generational) to the C-suite.
