Build and maintain the master schedule for Glenbrook North High School with a student population of over 2100 and a faculty approaching 180 members. Responsibilities have included helping the district accomplish a smooth transition through four different Student Information Systems (SIS), including the coordination of moving from a traditional eight period day to a two-day block schedule. Skillfully integrated specialized programs to run concurrently to accommodate this endeavor. Troubleshooting all issues related to the system for accurate course data, transcripts, schedules, grades and attendance. Served on numerous committees including, but not limited to Superintendent’s Technology Committee, Support Staff Advisory council and various hiring committees. Serve as technology mentor for administration and support staff for ten years. Responsible for training counseling staff, registrar and department chairs in new technology and reporting. Through my experience and expertise with the technology, I am considered a technology leader at GBN and district wide. Leader in forming the support staff union, served as the founding president for two terms and chief negotiator of the first contract.
