As a member of the Executive Board my focus is on our people-centric culture and embedding this in the business following the transformational changes that we\'ve made in this area over the last 18 months. This change was recognised during our recent IIP assessment where the assessor, who has been involved with the business for several years, described the transformation as \'huge and quite amazing\' in terms of the enormity of change and the level of progress and commitment in a relatively short period of time.\\\\n\\\\nI work with our senior leaders ensuring we have a highly engaged, motivated, high performing team to drive and deliver our business strategy. I introduced the regional autonomy model which reflects our values and behaviours along with a new Performance Development framework; talent mapping; succession planning; a range of development programmes to drive capability and develop our talent; engagement framework; attraction, recruitment and induction approaches - all delivered through a change management framework to engage our people and ensure the effectiveness of these changes which has resulted in improvements in a number of key people areas as well as business-wide KPIs.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
