ABOUT DEBBIE THOMPSON

I am an energetic, enthusiastic and empathetic corporate sales trainer who is dedicated to the development and success of the candidates I am privileged to work with. I provide an experience that is warm, fun and inviting and conducive to great learning with both structured and unstructured content. Team building, bonding and rapport are where I excel. I serve as the Global Black Networking Alliance ERG Co-Lead as well as Lead of the Canadian Chapter. Serving as leads on these committees are a passion as it allows me to affect the narrative of culture, diversity and inclusion at Dell Technologies. For so many individuals that look like me, this ERG provides a sense of belonging and family which allows them to bring their authentic self to work.
