A strategic position within the Red Tractor Technical Team, supporting assurance members and promoting the Red Tractor assurance schemes to them. In addition to working closely with the Red Tractor technical team my role requires me to work with a wide range of industry stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:• Leading on all scheme member support requirements associated with any Red Tractor activity• Leading on the production of all scheme member communications – e.g. newsletters, e mails, on farm KT events, technical briefings.• Ensuring the Red Tractor Assurance website is up to date and effective tool to help and inform scheme members on technical direction• Developing innovative ways to land positive messages with scheme members e.g. collaborating with partners such as AHDB, NFU• Managing the Red Tractor presence at shows and events throughout the year• Identifying key farming press and maintaining a regular dialogue with those publications
