Working in an Innovative environment creates an inspirational mindset that\'s easy to pass onto our clients. On a day to day basis I get to meet amazing people to discuss their pioneering ideas, who just want to \'make a difference\' in their business and the world. Having ERDF funding has allowed many companies to truly innovate and grow by introducing new concepts and processes. It\'s my responsibility to speak to clients and identify their needs and if they\'re eligible for ERDF funding. It involves meeting a great deal of new people who continue to amaze me.
