I am highly dedicated team player, who enjoys helping businesses be more successful and efficient, protecting them from legal pitfalls and assisting wherever I can, by finding solutions to any type of business issue, practical or legal. Working collaboratively with all functions in an organization is an important aspect of my work philosophy. I am first and foremost, an entrepreneur and love the challenge of seeing a company grow in the most innovative and efficient ways possible. I have extensive legal experience as a general counsel and also in global contracts roles, reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts of all types, including but not limited to, master services agreements, statements of work, procurement (direct and indirect), IT licensing, development and supply, quality agreements, CDAs/NDAs, partnership, inventory and warehousing, global distributorship agreements, SaaS, RFPs and the like. I\'ve enjoyed negotiating agreements with companies around the globe such as Pfizer, Amgen, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, Nike, Adidas, Maersk, Wells Fargo, Merck and many others. I\'ve been a direct legal advisor to many upper leadership colleagues including CEOs and VP/GMs and I\'ve handled risk management matters for small and large companies. I also have a broad base of knowledge/experience in IP issues including brand strategies, brand protection, infringement monitoring and HR issues. My personal work philosophy is that legal counsel should work at the \"speed of business\" and be supportive of all departments in a company to find \"win-win\" solutions to any legal issues they face.
