I am an experienced governance leader, most recently leading a Global PMO team managing a portfolio of more than 240 projects with a revenue of over 50 million dollars. My team consists of 50+ talented and diverse program and project managers who work across the financial services and professional services sectors, delivering innovative and impactful solutions for our clients and partners.With nearly three decades of experience in business process improvement, I am a certified Scrum Master and a process improvement expert. I am passionate about creating and implementing standard frameworks that enable repeatable processes and measure the health of implementations. I collaborate with senior stakeholders to address shared challenges and drive continuous improvement. I also have a strong background in manufacturing, having led a 600-seat global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the commercial and supply chain functions in over 15 countries.I enjoy collaborating with teams to identify areas of value addition and establish processes that not only deliver this value but also allow for its demonstration.
